I have been dealing with Arch Law and especially Aura for the past couple of years and have found her to be so helpful and efficient and I trust her advice implicitly. She is so courteous and professional and it is a true pleasure to deal with this company.

Ended up costing me in other areas such as interest rate and another mortgage offer as they hadn't dealt with my case on time. Then, instead of improving matters they pointed the finger at me, their client and the broker.

Never answered queried until the very end which was very late and even after formal complaint.

The firm is very rude in particularly the person that worked with me, Aura Persad. She is rude and lacks professionalism. Very bossy, she behaves like a dictator on 2 occasions. The first was so bad when I was trying to exchange a contract. The second time, I had to reach out to the developers and the agent who recommended them. They did everything to resolve the problem. Archlaw, as a firm, didn't reach out to me and refused to listen to the developers that intervened but said they would no longer act on my behalf.

How this person remains in employment is beyond me.
Aura Persad is painfully unprofessional and has bee incredibly rude to countless of our clients. So much so, that Arch Law are now considered "blacklisted" at our company and we refuse to engage in any transactions that she is a part of.

The email communications that we have witnessed from this unqualified individual to their paying clients are frankly gobsmacking. She should not be allowed to work with the public and certainly will continue to cost his firm business
