Someone referred Anita to me, and I immediately reached out to her, she was nice and friendly, I explained my situation to her and she got to work immediately, with no back and forth on payment. She puts you concerns first and not money. She is amazing!

Awful

Absolute shocker! I was pressured into making a claim i did not want to claim. I was informed it was no win no fee so I had nothing to lose. I then hear nothing from them for a whole year to suddenly out of the blue gat a call from a very rude and unprofessional man telling me they they were no longer working on my claim as I had wasted their time and that I had to agree to drop the claim as they weren't going to go ahead with it either way. When I asked why I had wasted their time he claimed they could not get a hold of me as I was always at work and in able to answer my phone. When I told him that I had tried calling them back multiple times but I never got an answer he said that it was because they were busy with actual claims. Very rude and unprofessional. After four years of not hearing from them, yesterday the 11/09/21 I receive a letter from Citimedical demanding £3,395 to be paid by the 13/09/21 otherwise I will be taken to court for the above amount plus court fees as well as their interest fee. Absolute disgrace!
