We have been using Salehs for multiple years now and have always had a great experience. Our recent transaction was with their Head of Residential, Julia Khan. She is well informed, pragmatic, and was always available to assist and advice.

I used Salehs for a transfer of Title
Fraser Hughes then Ben Crouch became involved
I would not recommend them at all
They did not get an important document signed from the exiting party
This then delayed things unnecessarily by months and months with HMLR
My funds had been released to exiting party and several months later Salehs realised that HMLR needed another document signed by exiting party before they could complete everything for me to be sole proprietor on deeds
I found this worse than poor. I would not trust Salehs with any other transaction where you need to trust a solicitor to act for you
Their explanations about not getting the correct documents signed for the Land registry to be able to complete this were unsatisfactory and overall I feel
I paid for bad service that was drawn out taking longer than it needed to.

Richard Saleh and his team acted for us in a high value corporate reconstruction recently which involved complex and substantial elements relating to commercial property, corporate aspects, banking and tax planning. Throughout the matter, they dealt with it efficiently despite several complications along the way and they were quick to respond and always gave clear and concise advice, bringing the matter to a successful completion.
