I would strongly advise against using this office. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was virtually non-existent—I had to constantly chase for updates, and when I did hear back, responses were vague and unhelpful. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without explanation, and their lack of urgency cost me valuable time and money. I also felt overcharged for the level of service (or lack thereof) I received. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Solicitor Fahmida was extremely helpful in handling my case, although it was difficult and complicated. We discussed the case with several solicitors in the UK, but Fahmida was the only one who was confident about the outcome. Through her skills, she was able to lead us to victory. We were able to get a 2.5-year extension of the visa on exceptional circumstances basis with full rights at the first step. Her hard work, positive attitude, and knowledge were the keys to the positive result. She spared no resources and proved extremely helpful while guiding us through the process.
