I would strongly advise against using this office. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was virtually non-existent—I had to constantly chase for updates, and when I did hear back, responses were vague and unhelpful. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without explanation, and their lack of urgency cost me valuable time and money. I also felt overcharged for the level of service (or lack thereof) I received. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

QLS have never let me down. They are true to their words and have the best people working for them. Kieleigh is a great asset to the team and her work ethic and knowledge is commendable. Kieleigh dealt with my visa extension in the most professional way and kept me updated at all times about my application. I can't thank you enough.
