I was trying to evict a tenant as the property was sold .
I decided to do this myself initially but it was very stressful and complicated, I rang PD Law who were very helpful so I made an appointment to see Phil Doyle.
Phil was very empathetic knowledgeable and professional , which was just what I needed .
It was a long drawn out process as the tenant wanted a council property which brought more rules and regulations and actually made me ill.

This solicitors was recommended by my colleague. I did an online enquiry and was contacted and invited in to discuss this further. I was greeted by a very polite young man Sam I think. He then introduced me to my solicitor Jordan who was also very friendly and treated me with respect. I can honestly sayJordan has kept me informed at every stage, emailing me and by phone. He is extremely professional in every aspect and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this solicitor again. I am also using this team of solicitors for the sale of my parents house. They are very trustworthy and honest.

After a confusing period of choosing a solicitor and having consultations with a few solicitors. I finally clicked with Colin. I felt untrusted, understood and immediately knew Colin was the solicitor to me.
I recieved a very professional approach with alot of great accurate advice.
I had guidance all through my time with Colin and every faith in him as he definitely had my best interests at heart.
I sadly had to change hands with solicitors as my situation had changed.
I'm.sure I would of recieved a great and fair outcome with Colin if I went through to the end with him.
I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a difficult divorce as this man knows his stuff, he has your best interests and is a very strong with the knowledge he holds, in alot of areas dealing in family Law.

Five star service from Jennifer and Jeanette at PD Law. Professional, friendly, and helpful. The phone is always answered and emails/calls are returned promptly. After a previous frustrating, and at times concerning process drafting wills and a trust with a large national firm in the UK. We came to Jordan Shard at PD Law in March 2025 for both mine and my husbands wills.

We found the support and communication at PD Law so refreshing and direct to what we had previously experienced elsewhere. Jordan was really helpful in outlining the process for both of our wills in simple terms, no pressure and his responsiveness in answering our questions, transparency around costs and the efficiency of issuing drafts for our review was speedy and thorough giving us confidence.

Jordan has helped to put our minds at ease, I only wish we had used PD Law earlier and would have no hesitation about using them again for future legal matters.
