As my old solicitor firm had closed I decided to use a locally based solicitor in Emsworth.
You definitely pay for the excellent, professional work undertaken but I know I will not have to worry about my estate for a while.
I was kept informed by the solicitor, Penny Smith, at all stages. She clearly explained the options available and produced a will that covered my wishes.

I was charged about £100 more than the top estimate given me which did cause a sharp intake of breath but after discussing the bill and getting a break down of the hours spent I accepted that £1086.90 was not too unreasonable.
