A C Employment Solicitors is a solicitor’s practice specialising in employment law and was founded in the year 2000 and is a well-established niche practice. The Principal solicitor, Amanda Capon, has more than 30 years of experience specialising in dealing with employment law issues for Companies and Employees. Prior to setting up her own niche practice she worked for one of the largest practices in the South Coast as a Specialist Employment Lawyer. Prior to qualifying, she undertook a secondment with a national retailer employing some 30,000 employees advising senior management on issues from ill health to discrimination and conduct and performance to dismissal guiding management to ensure all procedures and practices were carried out appropriately whilst at the same time advising employees.
