My wife and I required a conveyancing solicitor for a property sale and purchase with a quick turn around, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations with a 7 week completion. We had direct contact with Samantha Reynolds and her team throughout the process, who provided fast responses and weekly updates of progress.
They proved to be very efficient and knowledgable, documentation and reports provided were detailed, clear and precise.
We were also impressed by the initiative taken to use a regulated personal search to enable searches to be completed quickly, this was especially important due to the fact that local authority searches in this county take a long time and can cause delays.
