We sold our house in no time at all because Katrina was so quick with everything. She stayed in contact throughout and replied quickly to emails whilst explaining everything thought the process. We can’t recommend Katrina enough, she was brilliant and we will be back to work with her again soon!

Katrina has been amazing from start to finish. Buying and selling houses in the UK had to be one of the most stressful experiences for anyone as the system is so outdated. It is therefore a breath of fresh air to find a solicitor who not only acts quickly and is proactive but makes you feel like she has your best interests at heart. Katrina is an excellent professional and have made all the difference in our Purchase. The most efficient and responsive solicitor I ever dealt with. From when we returned the paperwork to her which was on 10 March it's been now 17 days and we completed the deal. I have my keys and walking in my home. Excellent and prompt communication. Very responsive on calls as well as emails. This was wonderful and stress free experience for us thanks to Katrina. I would recommend to anyone who needs a solicitor. Kathrina was absolutely brilliant in, super speedy, quick responds and generally move things forward in exceptional time! If you can imagine a house purchase completed within a month of offer acceptance! That says enough. She is not a person of many words however does a great job. Only thing is sometime you need to prompt for further clarification however when you do ask she is coming back to you before you blink :) . Great experience and will certainly recommend her to all my friends, already did to my sister.

Overall I was very impressed with how quick and efficient Katrina was at every step. I was also very appreciative of her being available to speak to on the phone whenever we had any queries. She also explained things that we were unclear about and reassured us. She also ensured that everything on our part was fully complete on our completion day to avoid any problems. She certainly made the process easy and clear. I was also impressed with how open and friendly the rest of the team were at Burrows in supporting us with filling in paperwork at the initial stages. Definitely, better than previous solicitors we have used and would highly recommend.

Katrina has been an angel. I’ve bought and sold multiple times and being honest my experience this time has been impeccable, Katrina has been accessible, responsive, fast, engaging and totally prefessional. It’s all been about team work and persistence. I’ll never use anyone else and I doubt anyone out there is this good. I’ll be recommending her to anyone that I know is going through what can be quite a stressful life event. An absolute star. I’d buy again just so I can work with her 🤣
