Outstanding Amy!

Fantastic experience with Amy. My parents recommended her to me after they also had a very positive experience with her this past year. Amy reassured me as a very nervous first time buyer throughout the entire process, always being entirely transparent and prompt in keeping me updated. I would absolutely recommend Amy and she will be my first choice for any solicitor enquiries going forwards.

Amazing Solicitor!

We had an excellent experience working with Amy Marvell and Kya Purchase. From start to finish, they were highly professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable in their field. They managed to get the sale through incredibly quickly, which took a huge amount of stress out of the process. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they handled everything smoothly without compromising on attention to detail. We truly appreciated how proactive and organised they were. My sister is now using Amy for her house purchase and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in need of reliable legal services.

Thank you for everything Amy, we really appreciate it.

We were very happy with the capable support provided by Kirsten Blaikie and her team. They were responsive and clear in supporting our house sale process and kept us informed throughout. Altogether a smooth and professional service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kirsten, her colleagues and Tollers in general.

Can't speak highly enough of Kirsten!

A true professional that handled a difficult first-time property purchase, Kirsten is just a delight to work with; fast, effective and just the safest pair of hands you could ask for. As a first-time buyer, I was massively inexperienced and had difficulty navigating all of the intricacies of my purchase, but Kirsten asked all the right questions on my behalf and coached me through the process kindly. I am so glad I had Kirsten by my side through all of this - and you will be, too!

Successful completion of two property sales

Thank you to Kirsten for bringing the sale of two geographically distanced properties to a successful completion. Kirsten communicated effectively with three executors including one in the USA, as well as liaising efficiently with various parties such as estate agents; sellers' conveyancers and other authorities. She ensured that there was a smooth progression and that legal and financial obligations were met. She conducted research of the properties and oversaw the property transactions by drafting contracts and bringing both sales to a smooth completion.

Fantastic service and experience

I have recently moved home and Kirsten dealt with my sale and purchase. There were multiple issues with the seller and Kirsten was brilliant with her handling of the situation and kept me fully informed throughout. Without Kirsten’s knowledge, experience and communication skills the process would not have proceeded as smoothly or anywhere near as quickly. I would most definitely recommend Kirsten and will continue to use her for future transactions.

We came across Tollers through Chandlers estate agents and Amy Marvell has completely changed the way we view solicitors - she was absolutely incredible from quote to completion on our sale and purchase of our new home. I cannot recommend Amy enough, she communicated throughout and was incredibly helpful and knowledgable, she made the entire process completely stress free which I had no idea was possible, will be sending everyone selling or buying a house her way!

Really helpful bunch! Thankyou Kya for taking time out of your day to check our paperwork before we sent it to Corby! So far, our house sale is transitioning really smoothly. Tollers are always really responsive and constantly keeping us up to date! We're very grateful!

Took me a long time to finally do something I was avoiding but Tollers made it a much easier experience than I had imagined. I could not have been more satisfied by the service from the Trusts and Estates department.

Very bad experience with a family law Sheena Patel. I had given her all documents for the divorce and ask me to transfer £1200after this payment
Every time she was calling me for more money from the time that it was an easy case and it was not so important to have a solicitor. Until now she have said that she have paid the court fee but when I contacted the court telling me that have not received any payment. At the moment I have received so many letters from Tollers with nothing done and I don’t know how far this can go all this stress and anxiety from Sheena Patel
To me looks layers and scammers. Stay away

About this branch

Description

Founded in 1877, Tollers has grown to become a leading Regional Law Firm, with 6 offices and a geographic footprint throughout the South and East Midlands. With our long history comes a degree of prestige, wisdom and impressive depth of experience. However, our approach is a very modern one – we are here to help you keep pace with, or one step ahead of, the legal complexities of modern life and business, and to lead our peers by example when it comes to providing high-quality legal services. and you will discover that we focus on you and how we can help you deal with the legal challenges you face, no matter how complex. Like any fruitful relationship, that means listening closely to what you have to say, truly understanding your circumstances both from a personal and business perspective and taking the time to explain points of law clearly and simply without waffle, jargon or legalese. Many law firms call this “client focus”. At Tollers we call it “the very least you should expect”. Of course, what we do for you is important, but so is how we do it. So we continually invest in our people, processes and technology to ensure the service you receive is both first-class and cost-effective. It is about acting professionally, adapting the way we do things to best serve your needs, and building a relationship based on trust, mutual respect, professionalism and the desire to help you succeed. Because after all is said and done, we measure our success by your success.
