GRANT OF PROBATE

Penman Sedgwick held my late mother's Will and I was aware of them having worked for Barclays in Watford for many years, so enquired about their probate service when retrieving the Will following my mother's passing. Jack was helpful from the start offering advice and guidance together with options and costs. I chose to engage PS to undertake obtaining the Grant. It all went very smoothly and Probate was obtained in very quick time!

Well, it was a tricky sale (our House in Watford) and purchase (our new home in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire) with lots of issues and challenges. But our Solicitors handled all of this well and, in particular Abu Jahed the Licensed Conveyancer who acted for us was really good and helpful at each and every turn bringing us finally to Completion Day, and beyond.
