Harry Charalambous was excellent and professional throughout

This review is for a different branch.

Harry advised me as the duty officer for a serious criminal assault accusation. Harry understood the position quickly and gave clear and professional advice to help and assist in giving a comprehensive and detailed video recorded interview. Harry kept in close contact to update me on progress and the communication was excellent. The case was ultimately dropped without charge and no further action by the police in less than 4 weeks. I'd highly recommend to use Harry and would have no reservations to use him again.

Terrible experience with Max and Alison child care team. Listen to issues, say its all wrong and they can help, then for 2 weeks desk hope your case because all too busy, staff changes or on holiday constantly and Communication is shocking. I've called them on the 23rd about defending me in court for a crime.
Did not hear back from them until I called them on the 2nd just to tell me they can't do it.
The secretaries also treat you like a nuisance even if they behave professionally.
