Not a straightforward sale as purchacers lived in Scotland. Pigotts dealt with all my questions and concerns very quickly and at no point was I made to feel a nuisance. Whenever I phoned the office the phone was picked up quickly and I was put through to the person handling the process. Always very helpful and affordable.

Brilliant service by Stephen, Sharon and team.
As a first time buyer, we had 7 weeks to complete ahead of the stamp duty rises; but we manage to get the deal over the line with time to spare!
It's worth noting that the team keep your interests at heart as the sellers and other 3rd parties attempted to accelerate the process but at our own expense of which, Stephen and team protected us from!
I could not recommend their service any more and would easily the company again.
