Pigotts were professional, courteous and efficient. Stephen Powell was very quick at responding to enquiries. He kept us informed of information we needed to be informed about but we weren't bombarded or overwhelmed. The correspondence was punctual and appropriate and made the entire process really easy despite the poor choice of solicitors from our buyers. We never felt like we were a bother. Really competitively priced too.

Stephen and his team were absolutely fantastic when completing our purchase. The whole process from start to finish was efficient and very fast. We asked Stephen if he could potentially try and complete before the increase in stamp duty we only had six weeks to achieve this, Stephen did everything he could to complete in time and manage to complete in less than six weeks!
