I'll keep it short, just to say that when my daughter bought her house we thought, after hearing other people's experiences we were in for a nightmare, I couldn't have been more wrong!! All went as smooth as silk even when the seller unfortunately died two days before completion.
Definitely would and have recommended this company

I went to see Keith Betts on Thursday this week(yesterday) I was suffering severe anxiety due to an issue with my previous company, they had told me I was part owner but they froze me out and sacked me unlawfully.
I was with Keith for exactly 14 minutes, in that space of time he told me what I was entitled to and reassured me this would be dealt with on that very day.
This was all agreed by my ex company by 4pm yesterday and I received a payout this morning.
I am absolutely thrilled, my anxiety has gone. I cannot recommend Keith highly enough - absolutely Gent!!!!!

Started ok but as soon as I paid for the work to be done in advance it became impossible to get hold of Keith Betts even by email, even though I copied in his colleagues. Notice how all the complaints in the reviews already written about Mr Betts, he has an answer for!!? I will never use him again and have removed our business from this firm.

I actually engaged the services of Worthingtons who then decided to close down without telling me. It took me over a month to track down my job to Robson and Co who had also failed to notify me that they had now got my job. They, Robson & Co then took over 2 years and 3 months to re-imburse me an overcharge. If you rated Robson & Co against other solicitors in that area then they don't look quite as unprofessional as I have found, after 25 years and quite a lot of sales and purchases, that most of the solicitors in the Folkestone area are pretty awful.

Attempted a property title amendment during Covid and was treated dismissively and overcharged by Robsons who avoided questions regarding the cost by just saying they were correct. The title amendment took several years due to the paperwork being incorrectly submitted by Robsons three times. The only reason I gave two stars is that a trainee solicitor recently correctly the situation in a polite and informative manner. Thank heavens the original solicitor no longer work for them. Previous long term dealings with Robsons have always been positive so it looks like just one bad apple.
