This review is for a different branch.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. This company was used for my grandfather's will and estate, they lost paperwork in the beginning which had to go through courts etc, but have made every excuse possible as to why they haven't sorted payments and we are nearly 4 years since his passing and still we get excuses. We haven't scattered his ashes as my dad wanted it all done before we do it, but sadly in all this time my dad passed away not seeing an end to this struggle with hallet & co...and times are now even harder for our family, we still get told untruthful information and are treated very unprofessionally.
I will never recommend this company to anyone, instead, I'll warn people to stay away!
