I've recently completed a property sale and purchase through Berry & Lamberts.
I had used Berry & Lamberts 20 years ago to sell my old property / buy the one I was now selling, and dealt with Kizzy Packer who was outstanding. Having phoned Berry & Lamberts to see if they could help with my current sale / new purchase, I was surprised to learn that Kizzy was still working at the firm, and even more surprised when she told me she remembered dealing with me all those years ago.
Despite the temptation to seek a cheaper online conveyancer, I decided I wanted to use a reputable firm who I knew would have my best interests at heart. Should the worst happen, I wanted to be able to get quick answers to phone calls and E-Mail messages, and if needed, to visit the solicitors in person.
I am so glad that Kizzy was once again able to represent us and can't recommend her enough. Kizzy was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, provided great advice and took away a lot of the stress that is involved in moving home.
As it turned out, we did have some issues during the completion phase of our purchase, but the team at Berry & Lamberts pulled out all the stops to help us overcome these.
All in all, Berry & Lamberts provided a brilliant customer focused service and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy and sell a property.

Stephen Wilmot dealt with my recent divorce, with great professionalism and care at what was a very difficult and stressful time for me.
He made me feel at ease and was able to give me assurances about the process and kept me regularly updated on the progress of my case.
