Filled in Instagram form and stopped when it asked me to sign something. Got a phone call a few days later (which I recorded) was told there was no obligation and they need the signature for confirmation. Few days after that had a congratulations email saying i was in a 14 day cool off period. Emailed back to cancel heard nothing, phoned and canceled didn't receive an confirmation. Emailed again still nothing back. Pretty sure I have a strong case if they try to go forward or charge me anything. Also they can't go ahead as someone is dealing with the case.

After completing a short few questions regarding a finance check I was automaticly enterd into a legal contract against my wishes telling me im going to be charged very deceiving avoid if you can.... half expecting to get another notice of charge for agreeing to the terms and conditions of this page!

I called Courmacs Legal Ltd to enquire if there has been any progress regarding my PCP claim which I applied for a few months ago.
I was put through to a lady, Hasnah Ahmed who then asked me a few questions before explaining in detail, exactly where my claim stands at present, and what the next steps will be, moving forward.
Hasnah was amazing. She answered my questions and assured me that my claim is being actively managed.
Hasnah resolved every issue and can't thank her enough for her help and she even said that I can contact her direct by e mail, if I need any other help in the future.
