Having just completed the sale of my fathers property I had the pleasure of dealing with Aksah who displayed commitment and professionalism throughout whilst still displaying a human touch for the added complications of an LPA. They steal your money, Literally by not providing the service you pay, they make COSTLY errors, then attempt to hide them, their advice in not true, provide inaccurate information don't answer the phone or reply to emails for weeks, delaying your property journey, I nearly didn't sell my property due to their incompetence * Be especially aware of Melanie Potts Complaint Manager and Andrew Bell Director * they are unhelpful, and UNTRUSTWORTHY. AVOID!

My conveyancer Emily and her assistant Katie were both extremely efficient, professional and helpful. I am a first time home buyer and the whole process was explained clearly to me and they were both always happy to answer my questions and talk me through the next steps. I never had to chase as they were always on top of things which meant that there were no unnecessary delays and I was always given clear time scales which were adhered to. It was always a pleasure speaking to both Emily & Katie and I will definitely use their services again in the future.
