After having no joy with Sanctuary Housing for a few years of trying to get some work done, we were left with damp, mold on the walls.
Once the solicitor became involved this was finally rectified.
A small compensation was paid to us after fees.
What we did like was the case was not closed until all the work was completed.

I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Jamie Kelly ([email protected]) and the entire team at Liberay Legal for their hard work and persistence in supporting me with long-standing issues involving my local council.
They have been instrumental in helping me address serious problems with damp in my property, the replacement of the outside soil pipe, and the restoration of electricity in the outdoor W/C—which had been unresolved for over 10 years, along with other outstanding repairs.

In my honest opinion this was my very first experience of seeking support and advice from a law firm. From the onset, my initial experience of the company and individuals I spoke to was positive. I found them to be polite, understanding of my issue and situation. They immediately go things going and kept me updated on the progress of my case. I initially began the process with Privileged, then Jamie Kelly took over. I was a bit apprehensive because of sudden change. But Jamie was brilliant, effective and efficient. He handled my case professionally and I strongly believe his knowledge and expertise was the reason my case was successful. I would definitely recommend Liberary Legal Limited.

I had terrible damp, mould and loads of repairs that needed doing. Council didn't want to do anything. So made contact with liberay , I delt with Jamie who was very good at getting the result I wanted, he didn't sit back and wait for them to respond, he was on it. Plenty of communication through email. After a very long 10-11 months I got the result I wanted. A payout and works have to be completed.
Will use them again if anything more does arise with my property. Thank you, Emma.

Brilliant got my roof fixed no more leaks council wouldn't sort for 3 years house got so bad they got on to them and it's sorted and got some money back for stuff had yo replace due to mold etc so yeah im happy thankyou :)
