It took a little over 2 years to complete from start to finish, the commutation wasn't the greatest, you go months without hearing anything (no pun intended) so I would chase ever 2-3 months, the last 6 months I would get an update email every 2 months just to advise on the situation, then once I revieved the 1st out of court settlement offer and accepted the offer it took 21 days for the funds to be added to my bank account, less the 20% fee plus 1k admin fee. Not sure if those fees are standard across the board and don't know if they are high or low, as I've never used a solicitors agency before only for the purchase of my house's.

Other than that my case was a success.
