I have used JP Goldman twice - once for a house purchase and once for a house sale. Jake Fielden was brilliant in our house purchase and very quick in coming back on every query and the team were great at explaining the process. On my house sale Josh Bridgeman was great in answering my constant questions and explaining the process and was very efficient in pushing through exchange and completion. Thank you

Jake Fielden ignored my calls and emails for a month with the excuse of caseload management. He only became responsive after several chasers from myself, the seller's conveyancers and the estate agent.

Despite being aware of my source of funds for several months by this point, they provided no notice that investor / conveyancer declaration forms would need to be completed as part of my LISA withdrawal. It was only my own review of the bank's T&C's which I checked with JPG which prevented delays to completion.

Shortly before completion, I was passed to an assistant with no notice or thanks for my custom.

JP Goldman was the most stressful part of my house purchase and I would avoid them in future due to the complete lack of customer service.
