I recently completed on my first home with Dootsons.
Special thanks to Adele who has been absolutely amazing! As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions but Adele was always available and gave me regular updates throughout the whole process. The process was a long one at 6 months due to the sellers solicitors but Adele never stopped chasing & submitting everything on time for which I am very grateful! Thank you for making a very stressful time easier for me!
Outstanding service from the whole team and I would definitely recommend them in future!

The opinion I have of Dootsons is a complimentary one. In general, the Company satisfactorily completed the transaction for the house sale of my property at 7 Neville Street (WA129DB). We have used Amanda from the Leigh office over the last few years, when buying and selling property's.
We have always found her professional and friendly, her communication skills are a breath of fresh air, she puts everything into layman's terms which helps takes the stress out of the whole process .

After over 2 years my dealings with Dootsons has come to an end I dealt with 1 solicitor plus 2 conveyancing solicitors plus office staff and today the least I am glad I don't have to deal with them again the standard of competence and proficinalism range from average to poor, my main complaint is that some of the staff seem to be totally indifferent to what the clients needs are, lack of communication and the feeling that you are nothing more than a file number. In fairness there were something's out of their control like dealing with obstructive and non compliant executors, but the things that they did have control of they were below average and in the case of some of the solicitors I have had to deal with the service was bad. As I look at the many,many emails and letters over a 2 years 4 month period I still can well understand why it took so long, there was mistakes made, me constantly asking for updates because I had not heard anything for weeks so no I would never use dootsons again.
