Brilliant Experience - no hassle

Signed up with TQ Law through an online referral. One of the lowest costs and took a week or two to hear from them when I began the process but from that point on, they've worked behind the scenes and got the job done. Offer accepted first week of April. Keys now third week of July.

Throughout our experience selling our home, there were some delays due to the buyer being in a chain, the sale falling through then carrying on where we left off. We were never kept out of the loop and constantly kept up to date, whether a simple chase or letting us know if anything had changed. We felt reassured throughout which made a stressful situation very easy, we couldn’t thank Louise enough.

First class solicitors for property purchase.

I was assigned to Katrina’s team when purchasing my right to buy property from my local council. Katrina’s team worked tirelessly throughout the process to complete all legal aspects. All documents were sent to me in a timely fashion, and I believe they genuinely work to their clients best interests. The communication was fine and I never had to chase them on any aspect of my purchase.

I would recommend TQ law for any property purchase, and I would definitely recommend Katrina and her team to anybody buying a right to buy property.

Would highly recommend TQ law, particularly Kathryn Wild who dealt with our sale and purchase. Was a long process after chain fell apart, buyer pulled out and then selling again. Throughout Kathryn was knowledgeable, managed our expectations and she was always responsive to emails - almost always getting a same day response. Made such a difference to solicitors we’ve used it the past. Would happily use again or recommend to friend.
