All preparation for our purchase was completed with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. On completion day, LHT saved us from a disastrous situation when the other firm of solicitors, through their complete incompetence, failed to send the funds through in time. Thanks to Andrew’s professionalism and patience we were able to leave our furniture at the new address and complete the following day. We will always use this firm in the future. Thank you LHT.

Extremely poor service . Recommended by Frank Wyles Estate Agent. Just want you to sign contracts without advising you or explaining anything . Andrew Irving doesn't respond to emails or letters .
