Incompetant, unprofessional and most defintely not trustworthy
Myself and my partner faced stress with this firm because of lack of attenetion to detail, incompetancy, does not know what she is doing and being left to do the job herself. A legal assistant is supposed to be overlooked by a solicitor- this one was not. Too many mistakes caused, if this was overlooked then it may have saved us from thousands of pounds. They also do not make you aware of charges after sales- so be aware! If you want your property registered to your name, you pay third party extra money. They do not include all costs in the fees they say, absolutely ridiculous firm.
Throughout the process, I noticed a lack of thoroughness in reviewing the relevant documents and calculations. Failure to Correct the Mistake:
Despite bringing the issue to her attention, there was a considerable delay in addressing the issues with our lender/broker. As a result, I am now facing financial consequences due to the overpayment of stamp duty, which could have been avoided with proper attention and care.
This mistake has caused myself and my family many problems, please keep in mind that the firm DO NOT CARE and even if you take it up with Rafique- he does not care either. I put in a complaint and got very defensive responses just like their comments on here and other platforms. They do not care, it is a formaility to get customers, plus Rabia is a legal assistant- I would not let her take your case- you will regret it. I have not taken my time to rant on pages, but the importance it is that other people know that if you are looking for a solicitor, I wouldn't bother here. We were in the same position and wish we never came to Bond Adams.
