My mother contacted BP Legal Solicitors to obtain some help to witness and certify her Will. My mother is quite poorly and needed a Solicitors to assist quite quickly. The lady we spoke to initially quoted us very quickly and my mother attended to get the documents certified. The solicitor certified the documents and a young lady named Kiera attended to my mother to explain why the solicitor was not stamping the original document as we do not understand how the process works. I was unable to attend with my mother and was quite worried about the documents being completed correctly as we have used previous solicitors and had issues. However my mother explained about our previous problems and Kiera spoke over the phone to me and explained the process. My mother said how helpful her and the other staff had been at BP Legal Solicitors. We will definitely use them for any further legal matters that we require assistance with.

Overall, I had a good experience with BP Legal. The only significant room for improvement is communication. I often found that to get updates on how things were going with the property purchase, I had to constantly chase the practice, to the point where I felt that had I not called the office, the information wouldn't have been communicated to me at all.
