JA and it's staff helped us when we were in dire need and in a very complex situation. Their assistance was faultless and the resolution we needed was obtained because of their hard work. Jane and Jessica in particular were always on hand to support us, answer any queries and certainly went above and beyond at times. They were always professional, courteous and polite.
