I tried to organise my Will a few years ago, even having gone so far as to make appointments with two solicitors. Unfortunately, on both occasions, I left feeling utterly confused and no further forward. When it came time to tackle the difficult and daunting subject again, I contacted Christian at Welland Valley Legal. And I'm so glad I did!
Christian was very knowledgeable, approachable, and patient.
My situation is quite complicated, but Christian made the entire process a lot less confusing. He took the time to ensure that I understood each step and the costs involved. I felt that he took a genuine interest in my needs.
Writing a Will is one of those horrible tasks most of us would much rather put off - myself included. But if you're looking for a solicitor to help prepare your Will, I highly recommend Christian and Welland Valley Legal!

Welland Valley Legal was formed in 2022 by Natalie Biggin. Welland Valley Legal was created to offer the local community a specialised Private Client law firm providing quality advice delivered by a highly skilled lawyers, a personal service, and an understanding in rural matters for our farming and business community. Welland Valley Legal puts clients first, investing in technology to create more efficient processes and prioritises communication, transparency, being approachable and delivering clear and concise advice. We now have three lawyers in the team. Natalie Biggin is a Solicitor and has achieved the highly regarded STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates, becoming a full STEP Member and Trust and Estate Practitioner. Christian Jenkins joined the team in 2023. Christian is a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive and Commissioner for Oaths having qualified in 2013 and being admitted to Fellowship status in 2015. Charlotte Spargo is our trainee solicitor who is looking to qualify as a solicitor in 2026. She is also studying for a masters in law.
