Good advice

Commissioned to carry out a house conveyance and some new wills. Both elements were executed in an accurate and timely manner. Quite impressed with respect to my experience with other solicitors. Their pushing rather than my pulling was refreshing! The on-line portal and chat facility was excellent.

Child arrangement

From our first conversation I noticed how Rebecca did what not many people in child welfare did, and that was listen. She was great from the start and made me feel comfortable throughout what was an unfortunate ordeal.
We achieved our goal and Rebecca made it easy to understand the many legal pitfalls throughout and I will be ever thankful.

Frances Aitchison-Boundy kept me informed throughout the process, responded to any emails I sent promptly and was available to speak to directly when required. She ensured the sale went through as quickly as it could, explained the reasons for delays at the land registry, what was needed to expedite the process and made sure buyer's solicitors were informed.
Would recommend and happily use again. Thank you

First contact last October.
Although an email may have been sent I requested details to be forwarded by mail. In November/December I called into the office and was told by the receptionist she would get someone to phone me I explained I needed a hard copy of a response to my original query no response.still waiting. What
a farce.

I have used Ringrose for several different things over the last 5 years:

2 x property purchases
1 x property sale
2 x Wills
2 x Trusts

Their service is exceptional, I also find their rates very reasonable given the high quality of work that they deliver.

They are infinitely better than one of those national conveyancing farms that Estate Agents recommend. Yes they're cheaper but the chance of your transaction falling through with those types is exponentially higher.

A massive shout out goes to Donna Wilkinson who led on a particularly awkward transaction of our's. Her communication skills are second to none! She is incredibly responsive, patient and resolves all issues with the utmost efficiency.

Would also like to tip my hat to Nerina Farmer, I really like how she goes about her business. Direct, tells it how it is and has a good sense of humour. Legal is not the place to be 'airy fairy' imo.

I highly recommend Ringrose.

My partner and I used Ringrose to buy our first house and Amanda who was our solicitor was amazing very helpful and made our lives as easy as possible and took all the stress off of our shoulders, if you had any questions you could ring up or use the app which they use and they would be answered then and there(if they were asked during office hours). The whole experience was great and as painless as it could be. I would whole heartedly recommend Ringrose to anyone who is looking for a solicitor for buying a house. Thankyou very much Ringrose team. 😁

I Contacted the Grantham branch roughly 3 months ago regarding a personal injury claim, I have been chasing it up for the entire time with not one call back whatsoever. Every time I phone I'm promised a call back from Jade Casey but never hear anything. Gave up in the end and decided to share my experience so others don't waste their time using this company. It's been so long since the injury now that it's unlikely I will be able to pursue this with another law firm so not only have they wasted my time for the last 3 months I am unlikely to be able to receive any compensation at all. Not a professional service and really not sure how they are still in business if they just ignore potential clients.

I would like to say that Narina has gone above and beyond not just with my parents house sale but with her assistant with my mother will and my father power of attorney application.

She has shown myself and my family great compassion at a difficult time . She is a credit to Ringrose and an example of how the personal touch goes a long way.

Please expressed my thanks and gratitude to all that has help,

Rebecca Fowler
