I would absolutely recommend Sophie! She was incredibly knowledgeable, and supportive in my ill health retirement application which was very emotive and difficult for me. Sophie helped me get a settlement agreement across the line that I'd managed to negotiate with my employer. I was really impressed with the way Sophie took time to understand my situation, and outline different courses of action even before reviewing the settlement wording with me. In the event, there were a number of things she picked up on in the proposed agreement that enabled me to negotiate better terms. Having been a trade union rep and supported member settlements previously, I can honestly say this was the most comprehensive support I've experienced from a solicitor.

It is without any doubt, that I could not have navigated my situation without Sophie and the support LincsLaw provided.
Sophie was incredibly thorough in stepping through and gathering the facts of a complicated situation having spanned several months. Despite this, Sophie was efficient and effective, in deducing the matter and provided thorough solid, sound and hugely supportive advice which most importantly provided me the strength to drive my situation through to its natural conclusion. Sophie & the team were readily available to be of support at such short notice in support of my matter.

Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I was in an extremely difficult situation but when I spoke with Lucy, she was very knowledgeable and empathetic which was empowering. I have to say had it not been for Lucy's support and professional approach I would not have proceeded with the problems I faced with the employer.
I felt supported by Lucy. I think there were some important aspects related to this matter that we missed during our consultation however overall highly recommend this firm.
