Thankyou for your time and advice, my time and your advice cost myself 300.00, it was myself who asked about set aside, i did ask if there was any other route , any other form /document i did mentoin a number for a document , it was the wrong number , the number for your own reference if you get asked the question is form 245, it allows the defendent to ask the judge to look at the claimants subject and reveiw , allow myself to make a affordable payment plan, this i have done , cost is 15.00 pounds, big difference to 300.00 pounds. maybe more training is required.

Dealt with Jarred Fox when purchasing my first house at the beginning of the year. The original BG base in Grimsby remains our largest office space, occupying a convenient central location with excellent access to public transport as well as nearby parking. In 2007 we incorporated the business and staff of Louth based Scammell & Braithwaite into BG Solicitors LLP and acquired our first satellite office. The merging of this well-respected firm into our own means that we now have a central Louth office, serving the needs of not only the local Louth clients but also those from the many surrounding villages.
