Yemi and Krisztina took care of the sale of my late parents house with total empathy and understanding. From start to finish they kept me informed and provided a professional and efficient service. Unlike many solicitors, their fee was exactly what was quoted and very reasonable. Yemi is a true professional, very knowledgable and approachable, every little question answered and explained fully. He makes the whole process of selling your property less stressful. I highly recommend Wykham-Hurford Sheppard especially Yemi and Krisztina if you are selling a property or have a property issue.

The service I received was poor, did not respond to my emails and rude. Sale did not go ahead and tried to invoice a higher amount that was originally quoted despite this.

Exceptional Service
Yemi is very professional and knowledgeable - it was clear from the start that he is highly skilled at what he does which gave me great confidence in my decision to use WHSS. I would recommend using Yemi if you feel that your case may be stressful as he his cool composure and reassuring tone kept me calm at points in the transaction, when I would have otherwise felt fraught/weary.

just want to say how impressed I was with Yemi Sogbetun and his team.
Yemi was always there to alleviate any anxieties during both my house sale and buying my new house. He was incredibly efficient, calm, very responsive and professional which helped pave a smoother journey. Yemi explained all legalities that were understandable, liaised effortlessly with all parties and ensured I knew what was happening. I recommend Yemi to anyone buying or selling a house/flat.

I am very grateful to Yemi for the exemplary service that he provided during the process of a lease renewal. Absolutely brilliant
We've used a few solicitors for house sales etc and Wykeham are by far the best! Very communicative and very patient as, we had several queries throughout the proess and they were always happy to answer them.
