Being out of the country, we expected some challenges, but both Sanjana ( mainly) and Bhavini ( in absence of Sanjana) went above and beyond to work around the time difference and kept communication prompt and clear throughout. I had a disappointing experience with this solicitors. The process was not smooth, and getting timely updates was very difficult. One of the major concerns was the significant difference between the initial quote and the final amount charged. Costs were increased in various areas without clear explanations, and despite requesting clarification.Overall, I found the service lacking in transparency and communication, and I would be cautious in recommending them.
