Joseph at Russell Cooke was our knight in shining armour. Our previous solicitors were causing unnecessary delays and we needed to meet the stamp duty deadline. Slow service and fees change without explanation. At the beginning, they stated the fees that would be owed for the services. Then, months later, was told that much higher fees were due for the same services (nothing additional). When asked for an explanation of this, they did not give one, yet demanded payment of the newly amended higher fees. Unprofessional and disappointing.

I did not have a good experience with the Probate team. Poor communication and they put you on a treadmill with their legal fees. I couldn't believe it when the final bill was calculated. I never leave bad reviews, but I was really upset and had to share.
