My first experience of the process of the sale of a domestic property over a 20 week period during which the RMNJ conveyancing team ably assisted me with the completion and submission of a daunting array of forms, questionnaires and other documents. They were tolerant of my limitations with using online data entry / auto fill systems and helpful with accommodating my sister and I with our joint role (as legal attorneys) in the success of the Sales process.

Incompetent & bad practice
I feel like all conveyances are brand new to the job.. like they follow a step by step guide with weeks / months in between each phase! Why not streamline & make the job easier for everyone! On day 1 send each & every sheet / document that is needed for the process. I didn’t appreciate the 20+ emails on completion day and numerous phone calls leaving me in the lurch. I had to contact 5 different people on same day & request documents, signatures & permissions in writing. Gather 100’s of pages of documents from various sources ( this should have been asked for 3 months prior with plenty of notice ) Missing deadline & not completing on the day when both parties had packed Lorries outside & empty homes ( resulting in sleeping in Hotels ) Very poor practice from RMNJ. The saying goes pay cheap pay twice in this case pay quadruple! Thats what it cost me because of failures made. No apologies, no refunds, no thanks! Wouldn’t recommend go elsewhere

No issues first house purchase
I had the pleasure of working with the Sarah Carroll's team at RMNJ during my recent home purchase, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive, patient, and professional.
Although I had heard many people say that buying a home is one of the most stressful experiences, this team made the entire process feel seamless. Their ability to navigate challenges, was impressive. Their communication was always clear and reassuring.
As a first-time buyer without a deep understanding of the process, I truly appreciated the time they took to explain everything in a way that made sense. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made a world of difference.
I would absolutely work with them again in the future and won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family looking to buy a home. A fantastic experience from a genuinely dedicated team.
The whole process from having my offer accepted to completion date took spot on four months, even less from the moment I instructed RMNJ.

Awful solicitors!!! After nine long months of stress and constant chasing, we finally received a brief email from Nicola Roberts—an incredibly uncooperative individual throughout this process. That said, my client had withdrawn from the purchase. Thankfully, we had the buyer’s direct contact details and were able to speak with him personally to reassure him that the minor issue could easily be resolved. He had no intention of pulling out—communication was all that was needed. Unfortunately, Nicola Roberts made no effort to engage with either party, which nearly jeopardized the entire transaction.

Instructed RMNJ on the recommendation of our Mortgage Advisor. From day one Nicole & her team explained everything thoroughly and in a way what me and my partner understood, which was a huge help as first time buyers.
Nicole & her team got us from offer accepted to completion in just under 9 weeks, which in today's conveyancing timeframes is absolutely outstanding.
Nicole is a credit to RMNJ, her thoroughness, dillegence and hard work ensured that we had a stress free process, and ended up with a safe and secure property for our Mortgage. Even when we ran into a couple of minor issues during the process, Nicole was patient, and again, explained everything very well.
Ignore the bad reviews on here, I think these are from people who either expect miracles from conveyancing, or expect everything done for them. You have to be proactive with house buying and you have to work with your conveyancer, not against them.
Thank you RMNJ for giving us our dream home.
