I was fortunate enough to find Alison at a time I was very much in need of help. Her support and guidance was exactly what I needed and her knowledge helped me to navigate my way through some very stressful times. I was struck to the face with a glass at a party and unfortunately fractured my eye socket. About a year went by and I had a friend suggest to me about making a CICA claim. I’d never heard of it. I rang a few places and they palmed me off because it wasn’t serious enough for them to take on. I found Alison on instagram. Luckily for me.. she made the whole process for me so easy. She explained everything to me so I could understand, she gave me all the advice I could ask for and needed. She was helpful, caring, tentative towards the whole situation. She managed to get my claim accepted. I am really grateful for her help and she was worth every penny plus more for how she handled the process. I really could not recommend her enough! Thank you Alison!
