I am not jumping for joy yet because the work for my flat hasn't started yet but the professionalism that was exhibited by this firm is tremendous and it didn't take as long as I had anticipated it to be.

I contracted first legal solicitors on December 24 regarding dump and mould in my house, they acted on behalf of my quickly and professionally.

They got in touch with my landlord and sort out all the paperwork accordingly, but my landlord didn't do the Disrepair work mentioned in the surveyor report.
It took months until the landlord agreed to a small amount of compensation but not work has been done yet in my house.

Been so helpful and efficient, first class 🙌 been waiting 4years for my issues to be resolved with social housing , 11weeks with first legal and they are now recognising repairs need to be done and are starting to book me in , I recommend this company to anyone having problems with your housing repairs with social housing.
