From the second I started working with MSB the level of support has been incredible. My case was a family case, no question is ever too much, the response time is incredible. The calls I have had have been informative and I have never felt that anything is too much much trouble. I would recommend MSB in a heartbeat and thank them for supporting me through one of the hardest times of my life, I am so glad I am working with Katie through this as I feel her knowledge and support is imperative.

Disorganised scatty felt alone through court process could never get response to calls or messages etc and meeting solicitors notes promised i never received scary horrible situation and i felt I had nobody to back md up. Otherwise friendly and kind and the office staff nice answering the phone

I must say, my experience with the family division of this firm has been utterly unacceptable. The team, primarily made up of younger staff, seems more interested in their social media presence than in effectively managing client cases. They failed to defend my interests and were quick to send hefty bills without providing the representation I deserved. Be warned; profit is their main priority, rather than proper client care.

These guys are completely crooked. They discriminate against disabled people's health concerns, and engage in bullying campaigns when lighting that has no planning permission is erected by their employees in a Dark Sky Reserve. Mine and my wife's health has gone downhill and we are holding you responsible Mark Foreman and Rebecca. Expect legal action.
