Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! No issues reaching anyone whether by phone, email or text. Chris was impeccable throughout and kept me updated at all times. Amazing! After a year of trying to resolve a dispute with Prudential after they allowed their representative to leave Prudential and form a private company and yet charge our pension fund so he still works there. I gave up talking to Prudential and instructed SBW law. Kirsty represented me and secured substantial damages within 4 months of instructing SBW and they reduced their costs so I could have an extra �600. Friendly and impressive services.

The service I received at SBW Law was second to none! The staff were so polite, professional and knowledgeable during the entire course of my claim. I highly recommend sbw law they have been amazing with my housing disrepair case with my housing association. After trying for 4 years myself and not getting anywhere sbw law took over taking all the stress away. I can’t thank you enough for getting my house into safe home again for me and my children. Thank you to everyone at sbw for all your hard work and support. Once they took on the case it took around 6 months to complete the process and making sure all repairs were made within 120 days and the work has been completed today. I couldn’t have done this without your help. I highly recommend this company once again thank you

Had a good experience! I was so worried going into this as it’s something I haven’t experienced before but they rang us straight away and explained everything and handled it all so we didn’t have any stress. If I had any questions my emails were answered right away and they kept us in the loop and were very kind. Would definitely recommend!
