This is the second time we've worked with Andrew Mairs and Karen Rutherford from VC Law. The first for a house sale and the second for a flat sale.
Each time both Andrew and Karen were very well organised, sent us all paperwork to be completed at the beginning with very clear instructions that were easy to understand.
Andrew was excellent at communicating, would always reply in a timely manner and keep us up to date throughout the process. The flat sale was quite complicated, but Andrew would always explain aspects clearly, calling us if we needed further clarification.
Andrew would do his best to progress as fast as possible, even when the other side were slow to take action.
We regularly recommend Andrew and Karen and would only ever use them if we were looking to buy or sell a property.

We dealt with Rebecca Waring for the sale of our house & purchase of our new house. I truly cannot recommend her enough, she has been nothing short of efficient, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. Elsa (and Susanna) were amazing! They were so helpful in a particularly difficult chain and were really reassuring, even when we thought the chain was going to collapse at one point. They did literally everything they could to make sure our sale went through and they were just so lovely as well!
Elsa was always at the end of the phone (you hear about other people not being able to contact their solicitors, never an issue for us). She always answered queries from our buyers solicitor promptly and was thorough in everything she did. We can’t recommend them enough and would 100% use VC Law again for any future purchase (which we are never doing because this time alone gave me enough grays 😂). Thank you!!
