An exceptional experience

I cannot speak highly enough of Handley Law and the way they handled my Asherman's syndrome case. From the very beginning they demonstrated a deep understanding of the medical and legal complexities involved and their expertise gave me confidence at every stage. Communication was always clear and my case was handled sensitively. They secured a successful outcome for me and I am beyond delighted. It was an emotional journey but I always felt I was in the hands of professionals who cared.

Victoria kept me updated on a regular basis and was available to answer any questions I had and I did contact her regularly to ask about things when I remembered them. A thoroughly professional, caring and client focused service that made all the difference. NHS Medical Negligence Case Won

We used Handley Law to help with a very complex case against a surgeon for a breach of duty and care. I cannot praise them enough for the integrity, clarity, honesty and work they put into our case. I regularly was kept in the loop right through the whole process and found my Solicitor Dr Handley to be very caring and always felt involved in decisions and choices that had to be made. She was honest and spot on with everything she said would happen. 100% happy.

Admission that the Mesh was Dangerous

I had various concerns and a lot of pain after being medically advised to have the mesh fitted. The impact on my every day life and marriage was difficult. I repeatedly spoke to doctors and was more or less told it was imagination. In the end, I believed them. Then i saw Victoria Handley's advert. She has given me courage to keep seeking help and speak about my case.

Following the reading of an advert, which resonated to me and my medical negligence, I reached out to Handley Law for more information. As I have daughters and a granddaughter I wanted to make some noise and have my voice heard so that other women would not have the same negative experience as me. The overall experience from Handley Law has been extremely positive. Victoria has kept me updated at each stage during the claim process and has answered all of my questions in full. Absolutely fantastic. Efficient and dedicated stuck with the case through thick and thin and got a super result..
