Frances Edwards recently represented me in a matrimonial matter. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the legal concepts clearly so that I understood each step. She was highly communicative and kept me informed throughout the process, and was always available to answer any queries. Whilst always professional, Mrs Edwards dealt with my circumstances with empathy and understanding. The matter was resolved as quickly as possible and I would use Mrs Edwards and the firm in the future.

Whenever I have needed advise or help from a solicitor, Karen Iles has always been there to help and provide an excellent, friendly and professional service.
She makes everything clear and easy to understand, and provides timely communication when needed.
Nothing is ever to much trouble and she always goes above an beyond to help.
So if anyone ever needs help or advise, I could not recommend Karen highly enough.

We buy and rent out property in the Caerphilly area so have used Karen at Caswell Jones several times for conveyancing. Karen is the first solicitor we’ve had that I would & do recommend to everybody.

Absolutely second to none in terms of communication and efficiency.
Helped me exchange and complete my new home purchase in 6 weeks, could have been sooner if it had been conlenient for me but I had to ask to wait an additional week due to my own workload.
Any queries were dealt with swiftly by either the solicitor or legal secretary sometimes by e-mail and sometimes by phone.
Would definitely return here for other services should I require them in the future.

My parents used this solicitor to write their wills. When dad died and mum was taken in to residential care I became her deputy to execute dad's will so she could pay her care costs. However they refused to let me execute dad's will so mum couldn't pay her care fees.

This review is for a different branch.
Contacted these solicitors and requested them to act for me and they agreed. I completed their details on my documents then after trying to contact the solicitor for 4 days when I finally got through they then said they couldn’t act for me. I’d left numerous messages with receptionist and no one returned my calls.
Had to go to a different company in the end….avoid!!
