Tom was briliant. I had to take a shot in the dark chosing a firm in Merthyr, as I am not originally from this area, and I chose the best! I would highly recommend Tom and GGP Law. Poor communication, no explanation why the sale took so long ,approximately 10 months ! Not kept informed about financial problems with the prospective purchaser, had we been informed of these issues we would have not proceeded with the sale.
