G.J Templeman Solicitors is a mainly small Asian company with little knowledge of conveyancing After leaving a deposit, we were shocked to find out later that they were located in the back streets of Harrow in a residential area in a house with a side extension. It took them 8 months to finalise the buying of my small flat. It took a further 5 months to register the property with the Land Registry.
The solicitor dealing called Francisca kept us in the cold front porch for 1 hour . She was untidy dressed, serious, raising her voice and interrupting us constantly. She made us feel like strangers. During our meeting she made spelling mistakes 4 times on the document we were to sign. Finally, being ashamed, she sent her assistant called Samuel to finalise the signing. Samuel was a big guy who had an angry expression and a bully. He reminded us of a "bouncer" in a pub or a Millwall football supporter. He too was untidy dress and lacked confidence. He told us that he was a qualified lawyer only to learn later that he was an assistant doing paralegal work.
The staff of this Company need retraining and education in spelling and anger management. They lacked good manners, etiquette, consideration and respect
