Amber was helpful and avaliable when needed but some our interactions felt superficial. When I asked for clarification of a detail I was referred to a document rather than given a clear answer. Emails were answered promptly but when our paperwork went missing in the post there was no letter box at the office to allow us to deliver out of hours. Our case was repeatedly addressed to my male partner despite him not initiating or being across proceedings. The firms portal was baffling with frequent automatic email updates showing something was happening but little clarity around what was taking place and if I needed to action it.

Good communication via email and online account with all info and files accessible. Regular updates when house news and good service overall.
Only negative would be couldn’t through via phone call when tried, but understand they are busy.
