We used Leathes Prior for the sale and purchase when we moved house, and cannot rate them high enough. Rachael and Angela kept us up to date throughout and were always on hand to answer our questions.

We dealt with Leanne Riches and her wonderful team during our property sale and purchase. Leanne was fantastic all the way through, she and the team were extremely efficient, responsive, pragmatic, and friendly the whole way through.
Obviously, buying a house is already a stressful time, but the speed with which Leanne & team were able to push everything through at was truly incredible especially as we had a few hurdles thrown out way in the process!

Jake and Zumi were both amazing and were always very helpful and responsive. It wasn’t an easy job for them as the other sides solicitors were challenging, however they excelled and closed the transaction on time.
