I was referred to the organisation by a friend who was impressed with their service. I have dealt with different solicitors through the years with different levels of satisfaction but all I can say is that from the initial contact to the conclusion I cannot fault any part of the process. Kirsty responded to my email contact in less than 24hrs and had arranged for my meeting with Ruth in less than one working day. Kirsty's communication throughout the process was outstanding.

Meeting with Ruth, I found her very professional and at the same time very personable. Talked through everything in simple terms for me and also gave her professional advice. Again, excellent comms.

Everything was finalised efficiently.

This was a really stressful experience with an extraordinary amount of work needed to complete the sale. We were working to a very tight schedule which seemed unrealistic throughout most of the process but Harrowells as a team, but especially Matt worked exceptionally hard to get things done and complete within the time frame. I'm very grateful for dedication and knowledge to help me through the stress! He's also been available for advice post sale to tidy up a few loose ends.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you

We highly recommend Harrowells and our Solicitor, Richard Hugill in particular.
We had been having ongoing difficulties in obtaining informed support in a dispute with our neighbour (they had built on our land and over our DPC) Richard understood the problem immediately, identified the issues and a strategy for dealing with them. His drafting skills are particularly impressive!
This led to a successful conclusion, completely in our favour, where (before coming to Harrowells) it had simply stalled and we were left carrying the risk and with little hope of a positive outcome.
The support team - Laura Davidson in particular - was friendly, professional and efficient.
We would have no hesitation in returning to Harrowells if we needed Solicitors in future.
