Slow process no communication - Buckinham office.

They claim the conveyancing process should take 12-14 weeks. At the 14th week with no sign of exchanging or moving date. We have had virtually no communication from a Solicitor. Except when they thought we had not paid initial fee. We had on time but this held things up by 2 weeks. Only get to speak to an assistant, not even a legal secretary who seems to be swamped with work. It was suggested that I email her, still no response. Very poor.

I have used Gilroy Steel solicitors twice - once for my house purchase and the second time for my will - and have found them to be excellent in both accounts. They are diligent and thorough, easy to work with, and offer sound and good advice. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I went to see one of the solicitors here who was condescending and arrogant about a family matter. He told me I should go see my GP not a solicitor. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive and professional solicitor for family matters.
