Absolutely shocking. I have left my review on here in January about their lack of communication, support, customer service. I have been dealing with NAL since August 2022 since I was hit by another driver which they have ADMITTED. But NAL thinks after 2 YEARS of dealing with my claim that I have been fundamentally lying!!!!! I have had doctors notes about my accident and even my Physiotherapists has emailed into NAL confirming his assessments on me, treatment, so now he is upset as they are making out I couldn't have had substained the injuries I said!!! So now it comes across they think my physio is not telling the truth! UNBELIEVABLE. NAL have already UPHELD TWO COMPLAINTS that I have sent in the past 2 Years which proves they have been extremely poor and not being helpful or professional. Now they want £2500 from me to pay them, yet I AM the Victim. Your comments said that you are sorry about my negative review and to contact your Resolution Team. Well, I have on several occasions to inform you I will not be paying your invoice when I have done nothing wrong. Yet all you seem to reply is "sorry we couldn't agree so please pay up". I have contacted the Legal Ombudsmen who have now taken on my case to fight you! So please inform me what exactly do you want me to write into your Complaints Department again ?? What are you willing to do or change about this case??? As I will NOT be paying your invoice. So I am baffled why you want me to write in again to your Complaints Team when i have been doing so since October? Are you going to cancel your invoice now the Legal Ombudsmen is now investigating? Plus I'm aware that they have had previous complaints about your Company so I know I am not alone. I await your response. Please feel free to email me about my case and inform me your invoice will be cancelled when I am the victim, not the liar!
