Nikki Spencer at Banner Jones

Our case turned out to be a long and winding one, not at all easy but Nikki Spencer navigated the whole experience with expertise, elegance and confidence which in turn empowered us to feel that same confidence in her and in the situation. She is an excellent solicitor with a wealth of experience and it shows. We just couldn't have done this without her. Thank you Nikki from the bottom of our hearts. You do Banner Jones real credit and I hope that they realise your worth.

Got it over the line

Our sale was completed in just over 3 months which we understand is quite quick but given the large number of sales trying to beat the stamp duty deadline this represents a good performance. We were happy enough conducting most of the activity on line but found the client portal frustrating as other activity did not seem to be updated onto it. Electronic communication was generally good although not all emailed questions elicited a quick response- but we accept it was a very busy period and the issues were covered in any case. Again telephone communication was generally good being able to speak to Jordan or Sophie quite easily; the information given was clear and felt appropriate. Overall a relatively painless experience,

The Best Solicitor

Sophie and the team at Banner Jones handled the sale and purchase of our house extremely well, and helped us to get everything completed quickly so we could avoid the extra stamp duty charge. Every last detail was taken care of with accuracy and efficiency, and with great communication the whole way. We are so pleased we chose this firm and would definitely use them again in future.

I have recently used Banner Jones for a sale and purchase of a property. I found them to be very helpful and always polite. Cheryl Bradley and Emilie Griffiths dealt with my case. They always answered the phone and got back to you when they said they would, and kept me informed and updated. They were very professional how they dealt with everything. They did their very best under difficult circumstances to make sure that my sale and purchase went through before the stamp duty change, which I am so grateful for. I would definitely use Banner Jones again and would thoroughly recommend them. Thanks again Cheryl and Emilie

Helped my mother and I navigate the difficulties of Will writing, Will resolution and probate with enormous support and compassion. Jake is an absolute gentleman and we will never forget just how much support and kindness he gave us. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone that suggested they were looking for someone to deal with these issues at what is the most difficult time in a life.

Thank you Jake
